Is ERA Fitness suitable for beginners? Absolutely. ERA is designed to meet you where you’re at. Whether you're just starting out or you've been training for years, your program will match your current level and evolve with you.
Do I need access to a gym? Not at all! Your program will be designed based on whatever equipment you have — whether that’s a full gym, home setup, or just your bodyweight. Your plan will be tailored to your lifestyle.
How do I communicate with my coach? You’ll have direct messaging access through the Everfit app, plus regular check-ins (depending on your package). You’ll never feel like you’re doing this alone.
Why is there an initial 3-month commitment? ERA fitness is all about creating long-term, sustainable results — not quick fixes. The initial 3-month commitment is designed to give you the time and consistency needed to build momentum, see real progress, and truly get the most out of your coaching experience. After the first 3 months, your membership rolls month-to-month — giving you both flexibility and continued support.
What kind of results can I expect? That will depend on your consistency, effort, and goals. But if you’re ready to show up, you can expect increased strength, energy, confidence, and real physical change. ERA is here to help you level up — inside and out.
How are payments processed? All payments for ERA Fitness are securely processed through Stripe, a trusted and globally recognised payment platform. Stripe ensures your details are encrypted and protected, giving you a safe and seamless checkout experience — whether you’re signing up for a membership or paying for a one-off service. We never store your payment info directly, and you’ll always receive a confirmation for any transaction. If you have any issues or questions about billing, we're always here to help.
Is there a minimum age? The minimum age for our programming is 18.
What if I have an injury or health condition? We always recommend checking with your doctor or relevant medical professional first. From there, we can tailor your training to support you safely, working around any limitations or considerations.
How often do I get a new program? You will receive a new program every 4 weeks with Era PLATINUM, and every 8 weeks with Era LITE.
Will ERA PLATINUM or ERA LITE be best for me? ERA LITE is perfect if you're already self-motivated and want a fresh structured plan to follow with ongoing support. ERA PLATINUM is ideal if you want closer support, more frequent feedback, deeper habit/mindset coaching, and ongoing adjustments based on your progress and feedback.
How do I cancel or pause my coaching? Life happens — we get it! If you need to cancel your membership after your initial 3-month commitment, we ask for at least two weeks’ notice before your next billing date so we can process your cancellation in time. Please note: Due to the nature of the programming and coaching structure, rolling memberships cannot be paused or frozen — but you’re always welcome to rejoin when the timing is right.
Do I have to share progress photos? Progress photos are a super powerful way to visually track change over time. If you’re comfortable, we encourage them — but you’re always in control of what you share, and all info is stored securely via our app (Everfit).
Do you coach people outside the UK? Yes! ERA Fitness is fully online, so we work with clients globally — time zones, gym access, and schedules can all be accounted for when we build your plan.
Do you offer meal plans and nutrition coaching? ERA Fitness provides basic nutritional guidance designed to support your training and lifestyle goals — with a strong focus on building healthy habits, improving your relationship with food, and developing a positive, sustainable mindset around nutrition. We don’t offer specific meal plans or medical dietary advice. If you’re looking for a detailed nutrition plan or have particular dietary needs, we recommend consulting a registered nutritionist or relevant healthcare professional.

From there, we’ll chat about your goals, answer any questions, and guide you through the next steps so you feel confident and ready to go. No pressure, no stress — just a friendly first conversation to see if ERA is the right fit for you!
